Shipping and Returns Policy
Our customers are very important to us and we make every effort to make sure orders are processed and received in a timely and efficient manner. Please bear in mind that The Allamanda Gallery is located in the British Virgin Islands and we do require processing time for preparing, packaging and shipping your order. Most orders are shipped within 14 days of receipt. Custom orders may take longer, if you are unsure please CONTACT US. Shipping to the U.S.A and Canada will be via USPS Priority Mail for most items. Metal Prints, Canvases, Slim wraps and unframed pro-texture prints are usually shipped via UPS or Fed EX. to destinations in North America. Custom orders may also be shipped via Fed Ex or UPS. Please contact us if you would like more detailed information. Since the COVID 19 pandemic our shipping services from the islands have experienced delays at times if in doubt please send an enquiry via our contact form.
All sales are final, however if an item is received incorrectly or defective/damaged it may be returned for exchange. Please contact us via email within 5 working days of receiving the item and we will send you instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs in the case of incorrect orders or damaged items will be refunded. If the item is to be returned please save the original packaging.If you need to return an item, simply contact us. We'll notify you via e-mail with return shipping instructions.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, countries that are not listed as in our delivery zones on this site will require a custom quote. Please contact us in that case.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
